Where It All Began
Before Roy Emr ever ran his own company, he learned the business from the ground up. His father, Roy Emr Sr., founded Ter-x Construction, an excavating company in North New Jersey where the younger Roy spent years learning every aspect of the trade. Working alongside his father gave Roy a deep foundation in excavation, site work, and what it truly means to do a job right.
